Step 3: Book an appointment
Once approved, you can book appointments online at your convenience. We will then send more information and a few questions to help tailor your experience.

How to contact us
The best way to contact Revival Health is via email. We usually respond on the same business day during administration hours.
Our administration support is part-time and off-site, and we are not always available to answer phone calls.
Online bookings (existing clients)
To book, reschedule or manage appointments, please use the Client Portal. For other enquiries, email is the quickest way to reach us.
Appointment delays and urgent matters
If you are running late for an appointment, please reply to your SMS reminder or email us.
We do not monitor communications outside administration hours and do not provide a crisis or after-hours service.
If you need urgent support, please contact your GP, local emergency services, or a 24-hour crisis service.

We accept referrals via Medical Objects, email, fax or phone.
OT accepts referrals under BAMH, Medicare TCA/CDCP, EAP, and NDIS.
Psychology accepts under BAMH, Workcover, DVA, Medicare, EAP, BUPA ADF, and NDIS (limited capacity).
If you would like to discuss a referral, please email us to arrange a suitable time for a call.
